BLUE CHEESE DIPPING CREAM
Ingredients:
1/4 pound blue cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
Hot pepper sauce to taste
Preparation:
In a small bowl, mash the blue cheese, leaving some small lumps. Whisk in the mayo until well blended. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk to blend well. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
